Ah, Yoga!

How I have missed you! The sweat, the shaking muscles, the rush of energy and the wave of relaxation and calm. It's been awhile and I admit I am a bit a rusty - but it is good to be back. Hopefully it won't be so long before I see you again. :)

Hmm...I just realized how that sounded - ah well. LOL!
