Ok, Now What?



I've got squash coming out my ears now.

Anyone have any good recipes? I've got nada.

I love squash just fired up with a little olive oil and onion. I know that's not much of a "recipe," but it's delish!

Its really good in stir fry, or fried in butterand onions and mushroons, zucchini. yum

You could also chop them up in a food processor along with some zucchini, mix them with flower, and garlic powder and fry it up. They're called Squash & Zucchini Fritters! :)

How about a pureed soup? Squash and roasted red pepper with garlic, fresh oregano, thyme, s & p, garnished with EVOO and fresh grated parmesan or romano?

I just slice them and fry them in a little butter,after the first side is brown turn them and sprinkle a little garlic salt,and a little sugar or splenda on them,and when second side is brown remove from pan and sprinkle with a little parmesean.
