Going to have lots of summer squash! Anyone have any good recipes? I have NO CLUE what to do with summer squash. No. clue.

ReplyDeletemy two favorite dishes for summer squash: slicing them up and grilling with olive oil and good old salt and pepper or slicing them into ribbons with a vegetable peeler. google 'summer squash ribbons' for plenty of choices.
